At the 2024 CWS, we saw a few players swinging at the 2025 Rawlings ICON. We expect this bat to be identical to the 2024 ICON Glowstick and the 2023 ICON save the paint job. Both were big barreled two-piece composite bats with a bit of a load and a log of the ability to hit it hard.

We aren't sure about the full compliment but expect a BBCOR and USSSA version of the 2025 Rawlings ICON.
Performance Comparison
From what we can tell so far, the 2025 Rawlings ICON is the same as the 2023 and 2024 versions of the bat, but we will see.
Comparable Bats
Two-piece composite bats in the BBCOR space are rarer these days, but you can find some similarities in bats like the DeMarini CF or Easton Rope. In USSSA, expect a lot of really good options, like the Easton Hype, DeMarini CF, and Slugger Meta.
Expert Recommendations
We'll hold our tongues on what to expect and who to recommend these bats for until they are fully released. But those who want a two-piece composite bat with some punch should really like the 2025 Rawlings ICON.
