What can make a claim easier to review

Three Easton rules to check first

Purchase-date split

The current policy says it applies to purchases after April 7, 2026; ask Easton to review an earlier purchase.

Used and demo bats

Used, as-is, demo, transferred, promotional, and individually resold bats are excluded.

Do not ship it yet

Keep the bat until Easton or Rawlings says a physical inspection is needed.

Issues the policy calls out

  • Defects in materials or workmanship in aluminum or composite bats
  • A one-time repair or replacement within one year
  • A repaired bat does not use the one available replacement

Details to check before filing

  • Used, as-is, demo, promotional, transferred, or individually resold bats
  • No original receipt or a non-authorized seller
  • Cosmetic wear, grip issues, or weight/size-only complaints
  • Cage balls, temperatures below 60°F, weighted balls, team use, alteration, or third-party repair

Questions people ask

Easton bat warranty FAQ

How long is the Easton bat warranty?

The current Rawlings family policy lists one year for Easton aluminum and composite bats, measured from the purchase date.

Does Easton cover a cracked bat?

The current policy covers defects in materials or workmanship rather than promising coverage for every crack. A structural crack is a sensible reason to file when the other requirements are met, but Easton makes the final decision.

Does an Easton warranty cover a used bat?

No. The current terms exclude used, as-is, demo, transferred, and individually resold products.

Should I ship my Easton bat when I submit the form?

No. Keep the bat until the warranty team gives instructions. They may first review photos and may later request a physical inspection.
