Louisville Slugger warranty check
Answer a few quick questions. We’ll show whether the claim looks worth filing, what may block it, and what to have ready.
Quick eligibility check
This check cannot inspect or clear it for play. A cracked, severely dented, or broken bat can fail further. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Louisville Slugger alone decides whether to repair, replace, issue a voucher, or decline the claim after reviewing the bat and documents. Bat Digest is not affiliated with Louisville Slugger.

Questions people ask
The non-wood policy lists severe denting, structural cracking, and broken end caps or knobs caused by normal field use.
The standard term is one year. A qualifying BBCOR replacement received during that year can create a three-month extension, capped at 15 months from the original purchase.
The current non-wood claim form says slowpitch warranty issues should use a separate contact path, so start from the Slugger warranty hub instead.
The published policy directs custom-model warranty claims to the Bat Care Center by phone at 1-800-401-7908.
