Questions people ask

Rawlings bat warranty FAQ

How long is the Rawlings bat warranty?

The current policy lists one year for Rawlings aluminum and composite bats, measured from the purchase date.

Does Rawlings cover a cracked bat?

Rawlings covers defects in materials or workmanship rather than promising coverage for every crack. A structural crack is a sensible reason to file when the other requirements are met, but Rawlings makes the final decision.

Does Rawlings cover bats used in a batting cage?

The current policy specifically excludes bats used to hit cage balls and also excludes team or commercial-loaner use.

Can I file without the original receipt?

The current terms require the original sales receipt. An incomplete claim without the required documentation will not be reviewed.
